Aqua, Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Dimethyl Sulfone, Thioctic Acid, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Polysorbate 20, Menthyl Lactate, Eugenol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Ethyl-hexyl-glycerin, Parfum.
Directions for Use:
Before applying, chill the gel in the refrigerator, then spread it on generously (in a thick layer) and allow it to be absorbed.
Apply liberally to the affected area, and reapply if required. Avoid applying to broken skin and sensitive areas.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from exposure to direct sunlight.
